As of January 1, 2016, Dr. Young renewed his opt-out of the Medicare program. Due to automatic renewal of the opt-out, it means he will continue to not bill or allow patients to bill Medicare for any services rendered. Many of the current services, such as intravenous therapies are already not billable.

A Private Contract (available under Download Forms) will need to be signed before your next office visit if you wish to continue to see Dr. Young. The contract will inform you of what "opting out" may mean to you.

 

Dr. Young is not your primary care provider, please find another physician to provide your routine, urgent and emergency medical care. The Marion Polk Medical Society can help you find physicians available.
